I was born in the province of Milan, where I live and work, along with various animals
bipeds and quadrupeds. The bipeds are passionate readers of illustrated albums and
honest critics.
As a child, among the many books that I found at home, I always took those on
artists that I did not even know the names, or geographical themed books filled with
photographs and landscapes, or zoology books, or old encyclopedias that
I found very fascinating.
But the truth is that I wanted to be a trainer of geese. I found that
they are very stubborn and is an impossible task, so I had to fall back on
drawing.

Sono nata in provincia di Milano dove vivo e lavoro, insieme a vari animali
bipedi e quadrupedi. I bipedi sono appassionati lettori di album illustrati e
onesti critici.
Da bambina, tra i molti libri che trovavo in casa, prendevo sempre quelli su
artisti di cui nemmeno conoscevo i nomi, oppure libri a tema geografico pieni di
fotografie e paesaggi, o libri di zoologia o ancora vecchie enciclopedie che
trovavo molto affascinanti.
Ma la verità è che avrei voluto fare l’addestratrice di oche. Ho scoperto però
che sono molto testarde ed è un lavoro impossibile, così ho dovuto ripiegare sul
disegno.
